Jaipur: IPL 2025 mein Rajasthan Royals ke liye khelte hue 14-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi ne cricket duniya mein dhamaal macha diya. Gujarat Titans ke khilaaf sirf 35 balls mein century jodne ke baad, ab unki batting sabke beech charcha ka vishay ban gayi hai. Ab RR ke head coach aur Bharat ke legendary cricketer Rahul Dravid ne bhi is chhote se superstar par apni baat rakhi hai.
Dravid ne kaha ki unhone apne career mein kaafi talented youngsters dekhe hain – Rishabh Pant, Shubman Gill, Yashasvi Jaiswal jaise players ka zikr karte hue unhone bataya ki har player ka safar alag hota hai.
“I’ve seen talented youngsters in my time—Pant, Shubman, Jaiswal, Nagarkoti, Khaleel. Some journeys go really well; for others, it takes longer,” Dravid ne kaha.
Vaibhav ke talent ko lekar Dravid ne kaha ki unka pull shot bahut hi powerful hai, aur agar thoda aur kaam kiya jaye, toh woh IPL mein kamaal kar sakte hain.
“You cannot entirely avoid criticism or media attention around him… The idea is to help him navigate it and build a strong support system around him… He will have some success and some failure,” Dravid ne JioStar Press Room mein kaha.
Rahul Dravid ne yeh bhi bataya ki team ne pre-season ke dauraan kai camps organise kiye jahan Vaibhav ne support staff aur players ke saath bonding develop ki.
“We had three or four camps over three to four months… We were very clear that he needed to feel comfortable once the full squad arrived,” Dravid ne conclude kiya.
Ab sabki nazar Vaibhav Suryavanshi par lagi hai, jab woh 1 May ko Mumbai Indians ke khilaaf Jaipur ke Sawai Mansingh Stadium mein field mein utarenge. Kya woh ek aur fireworks bhara performance denge? Yeh dekhna hoga!
